The professionalism and concern I found at Coastal Vision Center is extraordinary.

Overall, a very positive experience. As they are clearly the preferred vision care center for Fernandina Beach and surrounding area, they were very busy when we arrived and our appointment ran about 30 minutes late. However, they made up for the delay with a very efficient screening/testing process and the rest of the appointment went very well. Staff were excellent and answered every question clearly and presented options. For this new patient (and my wife), a very good experience.

They are punctual and thorough. Dr. Wills explains everything. The staff is always friendly.

Everyone was very pleasant,professional and not hurried. Would recommend their service.
