This was a very positive experience for me. It had been a number of years since my last vision check and I went to Coastal because of issues with my left eye. All the staff were very friendly, professional and seemed to care about my condition. I am looking at eye surgery now but feel confident about the procedure because of the staff.

Clean, polite & professional

The optical dept employees were more than helpful by being cordial & sympathetic to my needs in choosing new frames and lens choice as I had just broken my present eyeglass frames. The optician updated my prescription of which I was not aware of the changes that occured over the past year. Overall, the staff is making the Fernandina FL office somewhere I will bring my business to from now on.

Dr Wills is the best! He cares about his patients and their eye health. The check-in process was easy and the optometric intern Matt was great prepping me.

They were efficient, competent and friendly. Dr Wills was able to correct an offset I had in my vision that my prior optometrist never addressed. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

From walking thru the door, I was greeted with Open Arms and it continued with excellence. A great staff to be around daily, I can't wait until my next eye appointment.

All staff members were courteous and cheerful. The appointment was executed on time. Dr. Marks was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone needing an eye exam.

Dr. Linda Marks is the best. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. I have the utmost confidence in her and the staff that assist her. I hope she never retires.
