My first visit was great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mark's and her team gave me the best eye exam I've ever had.

I was recommended to these guys from an eye doctor in Macclenny and a girl names Adrianna answered. Let me mind you, I called 3 other eye doctors before here and they all told me they were booked out and that my dad couldn't be seen but didn't bother to ask what was going on with my dad. I talk to Adrianna on the phone and she was the only one that asked me about what symptoms my dad was having and made sure to hear me out on what's all going on with my dad and my concerns. She was soo sweet and nice on the phone. She took her time to listen to me and they made it a point for me to bring my dad in today to be seen. Everyone is nice and laid back at the office. I could not find the callahan location on here. But that's the office we went to. They wanted to see my dad right away and actually took their time talking to me which none of the other places did.

The entire staff is so friendly and professional. It is a very welcoming environment. Doctor Roberts is amazing!
