I had my first vision appointment at Coastal Vision Center, and I cannot say enough about the great patient care I received through the entire process! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and each step of the process was explained thoroughly. They also have a great selection of frames to choose from. Make an appointment today ... I am sure you will be as pleased with the experience as I was!

Although I had to wait for an available room for about 20 minutes, all the procedures were completed in various stages and in a timely manner before the specialist arrived. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The eye specialist was unexpectedly “bubbly” and very helpful in explaining my prescription and options for follow-up eye care; I must add that the Fernandina office has a more professional and pleasant atmosphere than the other office- it’s a different vibe there- so I will continue to drive 30 minutes further for my appointments in Fernandina.

I was impressed by all at Coastal Vision Center with whom I interfaced. The young men in checkin and checkout spaces did reverse duty (checkout checked me in and checkin checked me out) so that I would not have to wait. The optical technician-I forgot her name but not her kindness and professionalism. I have been seeing Dr. Stubitz for over 20 years. As usual, he was professional, efficient and gave me good information.

Quick check in, friendly staff. I currently have a mobility issue and they were very accommodating. Doctor explained my results in language I could understand, and answered all my questions. Personalized service helping me chooses a new pair of frames that I like, and that fit my face well.
