This is the go-to family-owned eye care practice that has been a fixture in Fernandina Beach for decades. Excellent care from friendly and knowledgeable staff in a convenient crossroad location.

On a scale of 1-10, I would have to give them a 20. The staff if very professional, kind, and respectful.

I have Kerataconus and had a Cross linking surgery in Jax back in 2018. I was told I had to either get Scleral lenses or a cornea transplant from there. Had a bad experience with the doctors I previously saw. Anyways- fast forward to today. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr Leah Herron. An absolutely phenomenal doctor, who clearly loves her job. She explained questions I had from my previous surgery, explained scleral lenses, and was absolutely thriving with finding a solution for my eyes. I never felt like a burden, felt rushed, etc. honestly, I was so fascinated learning from her, filing in the gaps of knowledge I had with my eyes from previous doctors, and the passion that poured out of her. She reminds me of myself when I’m running a drive thru in a mid rush haha. She was oozing passion for her job and the love for what she does. She LOVED teaching and sharing the knowledge she had with Kerataconus and the Scleral lenses. She was kind, patient, passionate, smart, and definitely the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. Dr. Wright and all the staff are great. This was my first time there and they all treated me like a long time patient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a very thorough eye exam.

Thought I had a lash. Dirt under my lid waited a week, and it was getting worse, so I called Coastal Vision, and they took me in the same day. The problem (infection ) has now been identified and is being resolved. My intake was fast, and the doctor was outstanding. Highly recommend Joe

Dr Logan is great - extremely knowledgeable & takes the time to explain everything. Her staff is friendly & efficient, especially Edwin at reception. Great experience!
