Very good service

It is very rare that an appointment starts promptly at the time I was scheduled to be seen, but this facility was efficient and clean. The 5 staff members I enteracted were all kind and informative. I was very impressed with my first visit here.

Very professional and efficient

They are very professional but also friendly. The doctor explained everything to me and made recommendations. They repaired my broken glasses for free. Great place.

I had some issues with no one answering the phone the past couple days, so I decided to stop by the Callahan location. The service was absolutely wonderful. Shoutout to Angel. She was wonderful and got me some fresh contacts and a nice pair of glasses. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The staff is friendly, compassionate, and most importantly competent. Dr Cwikla always has a positive approach and listens to my questions and attends to my medical needs.

The office staff was very polite and friendly. I was taken for my assessment promptly. My time with the doctor was pleasant. He answered my many questions so that I understood what is going on with my eyes.

Coastal Vision Center in Callahan was very busy on the day I went. But everyone there worked together to get everyone seen and taken care of. I got a thorough exam and was able to order new glasses.
