After years of traveling back and forth to South Carolina from my home on Amelia Island for my twice yearly eye exams because I trusted my doctor so much I finally decided to make an appointment in Fernandina Beach. I did and had my first visit with Dr Herron at the Coastal Vision Center. The office staff were super nice and efficient and Dr Herron was great. Very professional . Not only do I have a new Doctor who ( whom ? ) I trust I have also saved myself two 800 mile round trips to SC every year. PS , The office area and exam rooms/equipment were immaculate.

This is my thord exam and my eyes have maybe be moving toward glaucoma Dr Herron was great but set me up with a specialist to review my options. Very much appreciate their professional and friendly care of me. Good staff to work with.

Coastal Vision is the best! The staff are so professional and friendly, and they are doing a great job cleaning and sterilizing everything. My eye exam was so thorough, and the doctor answered all of my questions with care. I highly recommend this office!

I can't say enough good things about this entire office and staff! We were on vacation and my daughter had an ant in her eye and experienced severe swelling. We called in a panic at 4 p.m. and the front office was so nice and accommodating and said they could see her that day. When we arrived, we were greeted by a caring front office staff and there was little waiting time before she was examined by the doctor and medical staff and given a prescription that worked like a charm! From start to finish, everyone was friendly and professional. We are truly thankful for the care she received and would highly recommend Coastal Vision Center.
