Nathan and Dr Marks we’re both very professional and respectful of my issue with my eye. I’m confident that my future visits will be handled in the same way, thank you to all the team at coastal vision for helping me out. And I do sincerely apologize for missing my first appointment due to the reaction I had to the Moderna booster shot. And squeezing me in the very next day was amazing. Again, I’m a very satisfied customer and will sing your praises to all of Amelia Island!

Dr. Herron and staff are wonderful. They take time to listen and develop a proper plan of care. Dr. Herron has worked tirelessly at providing the best possible solution to my specific eye care needs. Kudos to Coastal Vision!

I appreciate the professionalism of the office personal and the Dr. He was very good about asking and answering my questions. I knew from symptoms I was experiencing that something was wrong and I was nervous about what he might find during the detailed exam. He assured me everything looked normal with my optical nerves/blood vessels etc. Thank you sincerely.

Wonderful staff and Office Manager....always nice, helpful, and very friendly! Both, Dr. Marks and Dr. Stowe are very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out any problems you may be having. They go out of their way to make sure that any symptom you have is addressed and solved before you leave. The only downside to my experience there is that their charges are a little over the top for a small town location like Callahan. I understand that we are having price increases everywhere...but if you want to keep a good, faithful list of clientele/patients you have to keep prices as affordable as possible or people will go elsewhere...even if they have to drive out of their area to do so....even small discounts or monthly specials are extremely helpful.

I was a new patient and this was my first visit to Coastal Vision. I did not have to wait at all. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Marks was very thorough and explained everything about the the exam. I also purchased a pair of glasses and the price was fair.

We got in and out without much wait. The staff was very pleasant.
