Wonderful staff and Office Manager....always nice, helpful, and very friendly! Both, Dr. Marks and Dr. Stowe are very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out any problems you may be having. They go out of their way to make sure that any symptom you have is addressed and solved before you leave. The only downside to my experience there is that their charges are a little over the top for a small town location like Callahan. I understand that we are having price increases everywhere...but if you want to keep a good, faithful list of clientele/patients you have to keep prices as affordable as possible or people will go elsewhere...even if they have to drive out of their area to do so....even small discounts or monthly specials are extremely helpful.

I was a new patient and this was my first visit to Coastal Vision. I did not have to wait at all. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Marks was very thorough and explained everything about the the exam. I also purchased a pair of glasses and the price was fair.

We got in and out without much wait. The staff was very pleasant.

If you are looking for an organized and professionally run practice this is it! All in formation is given both verbally and in writing. The follow up is tremendous! You are treated as an individual person not just a patient.

Coastal Vision has provided my vision care for over 30 years and that speaks volumes. There have been changes in staffing and computer systems over the years but the care, technology and professionalism remain outstanding.
