Vicki Lauer, O.D.

Dr. Vicki Lauer is a Sunshine state native born in the Keys and raised in Venice. After graduating from University of South Florida in Tampa she earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Memphis Tennessee’s Southern College of Optometry. She moved to her husband’s home state of West Virginia where she co-owned a large private practice for over twenty years. Dr. Lauer is an active member of the American Optometric Society and holds licenses in WV, SC, GA, and FL.

Still a Floridian at heart, she returned to Florida in 2025 and enjoys providing optometric care to the kind people of Nassau county. She practices primarily at EyeEnvy beside Publix in both Fernandina Beach and Yulee. Dr. Lauer performs comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contact lenses as well as assisting with the care of dry eye, glaucoma, and retinal pathologies. She’s proud of her reputation for compassionate care with clear discussions.

When not at the office, Vicki enjoys exploring areas near and far with her husband and visiting her two adult sons living out of state.
