Intern
Coastal Vision Center Internship Program
Coastal Vision Center supports the path to higher education and by offering intern programs through Southern College of Optometry and New England College of Optometry.
Community Involvement
Dr. Stubits was in two recent golf tournaments to raise money for the mighty pirates baseball team.
He was also in a tournament to raise money for Kiwanis.
Katie Caples run/ walk for organ donation.
We will be walking as a team and Dr. McClane will be manning the radios in the emergency tent to keep everyone safe.
Dr. Herron has given two recent chats with children on eye health at local schools (St. Michaels, St. Mary's Happy Apple Academy Elementary school) with book donations from Coastal Vision Center urging kids to look forward to yearly check ups.
Recently, Dr. Stackhouse went and did Volunteer Work at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center on Jekyll Island to assist their veterinarian with a sick sea turtle.
Helping provide the developmentally appropriate books and resources that children need to ensure they start school with adequate skills, read on level by 3rd grade and graduate from high school.
NCSO Charities, Inc. strives to combat juvenile delinquency and community deterioration by organizing educational programs and by supporting and assisting members of our community who could benefit from these charitable programs.
